Method of making Khal or The Process:
Gaouri Brand cattle feed is processed under high standard specifications. All the ingredients which are using thoroughly pre-tested in the laboratory and pass through various quality control analyses before use in products. To make Gauri brand khal, we separate the oil by pressing the beanoula (kakra) once, so that protein and other nutrients are available in the binola skins in the right amount. Currently, the skin which is sold in the market is made by breaking the binola, due to which there is a lack of proteins and other herbicides in the skin, which is not good for the health of the animal.
